TWS provides load cells and instrumentation for the measurement of forces exerted or applied by rollers with sufficient pressure to cause a yield and subsequent reduction of the material thickness.
All systems are custom designed, engineered and manufactured to the customer's specific applications, complete with load cells, housing and instrumentation.
Systems come equipped with the DSP 2000 Digital Signal Processor.
For new installations, we custom design and manufacture MillMaster Rolling Mill load cells, in capacities up to 10 million pounds. We also offer direct replacements for other makes and models. This american-made product is designed for mill duty service
